5. Methods of payment and execution of the order

The customer will be able to pay the amount of his order with any of these means of payment: credit card, debit card, as indicated in the corresponding purchase form.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and recredit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder shall be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, he will be liable to MANA UNDERWRITING, S.L.U. to compensate the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

Right of withdrawal and complaints

There is a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the insurance policy is contracted, during which the policy may be cancelled and the premium paid may be refunded, provided that the policy has not been used and therefore no claim has occurred. If, after this period has elapsed, you wish to cancel the policy, you will not be entitled to any refund. In the case of a travel insurance policy that includes cancellation coverage, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is not applicable, since the coverage is simultaneous to its acquisition. If it is a travel insurance policy without cancellation coverage, and the travel start date is within 14 days from the date of purchase, you may cancel before the travel start date and the full amount will be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact MANA UNDERWRITING, S.L.U. by sending an email to info@mana-uw.com, in which you must indicate name, surname, ID number, policy number and locator of the contracted policy. Once it has been verified that the requirements for the refund described above have been met, the amount of the contracted product will be credited to the same payment method used for the initial purchase. You can contact MANA UNDERWRITING, S.L.U. through info@mana-uw.com for any doubts or queries. If your refund does not proceed, you will be informed of the reasons for the rejection of your request via email.

The maximum term for the study of your request will be 3 working days, from the date of its receipt.

- Regional Ministries of the Autonomous Communities.

- Municipal Consumer Information Offices in your municipality of residence.

In case of any disagreement on your part as a consequence of the insurance coverage contracted under our intermediation, you may contact the insurance company with which you contract the insurance, which will be duly identified in the General Conditions of the policy subscribed. Do not forget to read them carefully before contracting, download them, and print them, if you wish. In these conditions you will find the claim processes and competent bodies in the event of a possible discrepancy with the insurer. Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in the Spanish territory.
